WE COULDN'T EVEN
OPEN OUR DOORS
We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit ministry with the mission to reach as many families in our community as possible. All this takes money. As we receive no federal funding, we are completely reliant on God's faithful provision. Would you consider being one of those faithful providers? You would have the opportunity to know that your precious dollars are helping maintain a building, staff, and resources dedicated to "Sharing Jesus to Save Lives."
The ministry of Sav-A-Life began in 1992, to assist women who find themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy or who feel unprepared to care for a child. Our hope is that by providing alternatives to abortion (parenting and adoption) and giving appropriate support to families during their time of need, lives will not only be saved from abortion but, most importantly, transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our hope is to see future generations given a chance to have abundant Life in Him (John 10:10).
We invite you to look around our website and learn more about who we are and what we offer. You'll find ways to help us out and ways that we help others, too. You'll also find updates for events and things that have happened here at the Family Hope Center. Make sure to check out our blog and subscribe to our monthly newsletter!
More than anything, we covet your prayers! Ours is a battle for life and death, both spiritually and physically. Pray Matthew 5:14-16:
"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
WHO WE ARE
The lights come on and rent is paid on time, thanks to our financial donors. The center is clean, organized, and ready to serve, thanks ot our behind the scenes volunteers. Our closet is stock with supplies, thanks to donations from individuals and our local churches.
The questions of a desperate boyfriend will be answered because our volunteer receptionist is there to connect him to a peer counselor who knows what he is going through. A woman finds he rway to our center after picking up a card or brochure that was paid for with funds raised by local community members who participated in one of our fundraising events.
Women are making the decision fo rlife because they see that there is a place that will give them the support they so desperately need to be able to make this decision.
None of this is possible without your help.
